At the law office of Denise P. Anderson, she strive to provide exceptional legal representation in various legal matters. Our lead attorney Denise P. Anderson resided in Boston, Massachusetts before she relocated to North Carolina. She spent over 10 years in different fields in the medical arena. Her experiences as a nurse, a supervisor, and  a unit manager in various private and public hospitals, and  nursing homes have given her deeper insights into the tragedies that  often times result in hospitals and other health care facilities. Such experiences have provided a wealth of knowledge from which she can adeptly draw to successfully help those with medical malpractice cases.

In addition to her years of experience in the medical field, she has been an attorney for almost two years.  During that time, she has worked tirelessly to successfully resolve a number of immigration cases for her clients. She has seen first-hand the struggles faced by many immigrants as they seek to legalize or change their status. Their struggles have fueled her passion  and committment to ensure your case is resolved in a timely manner. 

Denise  is  the lead attorney  at the Law Office of D.P. Anderson, a North Carolina Law Firm. She  received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from University of Massachusetts Boston, and earned her law degree from Charlotte School of Law. Prior to founding the Law Office of D.P. Anderson, she worked as a legal analyst, medical malpractice attorney for a law firm, and volunteers her time working on family law cases, and landlord tenant cases for Legal Aid of North Carolina. 

Denise P. Anderson  believe that a successful claim begins with a positive lawyer –client relationship, and she understand that a client-centered approach produces the best rewards. For this reason, she place the best interest of her clients above everything else. She give every case the focused, personal attention that may be lacking at other firms.
